*Credits will be issued to the original method of payment upon receipt of garment.
*Please note that all exchanges are processed as a return and then issued as a new order.
*Initial shipping fees are not refundable.
*Shoes,jewelry, and sale merchandise are final sale and not returnable.
International Shipping:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Jill Alexander Designs. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Jill Alexander Designs. is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer.   For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Refused Packages:
If you refuse a shipment from Jill Alexander Designs., you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Jill Alexander Designs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
