Our clothing website offers shipping to all locations within the United States. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, but expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the following Tuesday. We us USPS and UPS and choose according to current shipping speeds. We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Returns on full priced items are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. International Shipping:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Jill Alexander Designs. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Jill Alexander Designs. is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Refused Packages:
If you refuse a shipment from Jill Alexander Designs., you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Jill Alexander Designs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
