Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, but expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the following Tuesday. We us USPS and UPS and choose according to current shipping speeds. We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Returns on full priced items are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. If you refuse a shipment from Jill Alexander Designs., you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Jill Alexander Designs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
