*Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

*Merchandise must have been purchased from this website.

*Return policy not valid for store returns.

*Store returns are subject to each individual stores return policy.

*Credits will be issued to the original method of payment upon receipt of garment.

*Please note that all exchanges are processed as a return and then issued as a new order.

*Initial shipping fees are not refundable.

We do our level best to ship all orders quickly and efficiently. All orders will be processed within one business day of order placement. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the following Tuesday. We us USPS and UPS and choose according to current shipping speeds.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Jill Alexander Designs. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Jill Alexander Designs. is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer.   For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

If you refuse a shipment from Jill Alexander Designs., you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Jill Alexander Designs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
