How do I return something?

Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase from
Jill Alexander Designs™ meets your standards. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags to our warehouse
for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best shopping experience,
our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping and we will
make all efforts to expedite the return as soon as possible. Once merchandise
is received and inspected (approximately 72 hours) a refund will be processed
and credit will be applied to original method of payment.

*Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

*Credits will be issued to the original method of payment upon receipt of garment.

*Please note that all exchanges are processed as a return and then issued as a new order.

*Free return shipping on Domestic orders only.

You will find a return form enclosed with your order. To
return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it
with the merchandise you are returning. Please indicate on the form whether you
would prefer a refund or an exchange. We will notify you via e-mail of your
refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping
fees are not refundable.
